Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Oddy mobile application (the "Service"),
operated by VMTech ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be
bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our
Service.

User Accounts
Account Creation
- Be at least 13 years of age (or legal age in your jurisdiction)
- Provide accurate registration information
- Maintain account credential security
- Accept responsibility for activities on your account
Acceptable Use

You may use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with
these Terms.
Prohibited Activities

account suspension:
- Creating fake accounts or manipulating transactions
- Attempting to hack or compromise the Service
- Accessing accounts or data without permission
- Sending unsolicited communications
- Using the Service for illegal purposes

Financial Terms
Cashback Program
- Points have no cash value until redeemed
- Redeems minimums and processing times may apply
- Commission rates are defined per agreement
- Users are responsible for their own taxes

Service Availability
- We strive for uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
- Service may be suspended for maintenance
- Service may be geographically limited
Account Termination
- Users may delete their account at any time
- We may suspend accounts for violations or security risks
- Terminated accounts lose access and may forfeit rewards

- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
- No guarantees are made regarding earnings
- We are not liable for third-party actions
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, VMTech is not liable for indirect
damages. Total liability will not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us
in the last 12 months.
Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless VMTech from any claims arising from your use
of the Service or violations of these Terms.
Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Albania
- Disputes will be resolved via arbitration where allowed
- Class action participation is waived
Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms and notify you via the app or email
- Continued use implies acceptance of the changes
Severability
If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains effective.
Additional Terms
- Users must meet age requirements
- International users are responsible for local law compliance
- We are not liable for events beyond our control (force majeure)
- These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement
